The 2019 Nissan Rogue: A Crossover for Any Lifestyle
July 29 2019, 401 Dixie Nissan
One of the most successful compact crossovers in production, the Nissan Rogue, is an economical, safe, and convenient automotive solution for your busy lifestyle. For the 2019 Nissan Rogue, drivers have a choice of four trims: S, Special Edition, SV, and SL Platinum with ProPilot assist.
2019 Nissan Rogue’s Design Is Outstanding
Since its introduction in 2007, Nissan has consistently upgraded the lines and flow of the Rogue’s exterior architecture. Drivers also enjoy many standard exterior features we can only highlight here. The S trim has 17-inch wheels with covers, a rear spoiler, heated outside mirrors, and LED daytime running lights and tail lamps.
The Special Edition upgrades to 17-inch alloy wheels, special badging, roof rails, privacy glass, and chrome highlights. The SV features auto on/off headlights, fog lights, and power heated outside mirrors. The SL Platinum with ProPilot Assist trim boasts 19-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights with smartbeam technology, and a power moonroof.
Power and Safety Technologies in the 2019 Nissan Rogue
Nissan designed a single engine to power all trims. The very efficient 2.5-litre four-cylinder engine pumps out 170 hp and 175 lb-ft of torque. That’s plenty to transport your family and cargo wherever they need to go. The Rogue’s fuel consumption rivals smaller cars at 7.1/9.1 litres per 100 km (highway/city), and it also has a better impact on the environment. The gearless CVT transmission uses advanced technology to provide a smooth ride and reduce fuel consumption by up to 15%. All trims except the SL Platinum have standard front wheel drive with optional AWD, which becomes standard on the Platinum trim.
The Rogue’s interior has plenty of room for a compact crossover, and you will appreciate all the standard equipment that comes with each trim. All models have Nissan’s Advanced Drive-Assist Display, Sport and Automatic Shifter driving modes, Sirius XM Traffic, NissanConnect, RearView Monitor, passenger vents, and more.
The Special Edition incorporates dual zone temperature control and special visors. The SV upgrades the technology with remote engine start, climate control and push-button ignition. SL Platinum trim features include the advanced Nissan Navigation System with a 7-inch colour monitor, Intelligent Around View Monitor, and auto-dimming review mirror.
The Rogue’s standard and optional features don’t end here. Since there is so much more to learn, take one for a test drive with us at Dixie 401 Nissan today! Contact us today to learn more.
