Shifting is eliminated with the Xtronic CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission), and you won’t feel the effects of gear changes, but this critical component also contributes to the great fuel efficiency mentioned above. Moreover, Nissan has made a few changes to this transmission to make it feel less elastic on the road. All trims feature the Nissan Intelligent All-Wheel Drive system that moves power to the wheels that need it most, and that’s important.
